Babes in Arms Journalling Group - Friday 13th June
Friday 13th June - 10:30am - 12pm
@ John Lewis Liverpool Central (Jan Molby Room on Floor 2)
An inclusive, safe and creative space for anyone who has experienced pregnancy, given birth, identifies as a mother or as a woman or non-binary carer.
Research demonstrates that journalling can be an effective therapeutic tool to promote wellbeing and improve mental health. This session will allow you to practice the art of journalling, reflect on your identity as a mother and take tools with you so you may continue to journal beyond the session.
The session will be lead by Amy Williams, local mother and writer. Amy will lead the group through creative exercises, discussions and reflective tasks. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and your journal, all other resources will be provided.
Babies and children welcome.
